Memeo Instant Backup can back up to any external drive as long as the drive is set up properly and is in a functional condition.

Currently, the software works with the following operating systems: 8, 7, Vista, XP. There is no Windows 10 mentioned on the website, but the developers will probably update the application to work on Windows 10 as well. The only way to obtain this information is through direct contact.
I have bought Memeo Instant Backup but I can´t find a way to register my new product with the key license I received on e-mail. Can you tell me what to do?

In order to register your product, if you have a license key, you should try going to Help > Registry and input your serial number received on e-mail. If that isn't working, try visiting the official support link: http://support.memeo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15014&_referrer=http://memeo.com/en/support/
I've bought the program some tine ago, I have the product and the CD, but not the CD cover. So I don't have the CD key for Memeo Instant Backup. How can I get it? (I had to reinstall the PC).

If you bought the product and you lost the CD key, you can check your Inbox for the mail that you received after the purchase and contact the developer on the following mail address : [email protected]. To obtain a copy for your CD key from the developer, you must provide for a proof of the purchase. There is no other way to recover the license key.
